Q: What mount do I order?
A: Chief’s RPM is a custom mounting solution.

Q: Do I need a separate bracket?
A:The RPM ships complete with an interface bracket.

Q: Do I need any special tools to operate the MicroZone?
A:No, a standard #2 screwdriver can be used to quickly align the projected image to the screen.

Q: How does Centris Technology make installation faster?
A:Centris allows you to easily align the projector to the screen with fingertip adjustments. When you let go of the projector, the image stays aligned to the screen.

Q: Do all Elite mounts include Q-Lock Security?
A:No. The standard version of the RPM includes All-Points Security, for enhanced security order the RPA Elite with Q-Lock (RPMA, RPMB or RPMC).

Q: Can I order different key options for the Elite with Q-Lock?
A:Yes, simply add an “A”, “B” or “C” to the catalog number to designate one of the key options.

Q: Are the projector brackets for the RPA and RPA Elite interchangeable?
A:The RPA and the RPA Elite use the same interface brackets. When ordering the RPA Elite with QLock the interface brackets include different pre-installed hardware for enhanced security.
