  1. Determine the MCS model number you need by cross-referencing the flat panel manufacturer and model number on the cross-reference chart by clicking the Cross-Reference link above.   2. Determine the correct 1.5" NPT fixed or adjustable extension column and ceiling plate to complete the installation.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Does the MCS come with an extension column and ceiling plate?
A: No. Each installation requires a different structural adapter and drop length, so Chief provides accessories separately.

Q: Can the MCS rotate freely on the column?
A: No. The MCS should be aligned in the desired orientation and then locked down with the set screw (provided). If post-installation swivel is required, the CMA351 swivel adapter can be added to the installation for up to 330° of movement.

Q: What screen size is the MCS designed for?:
A: The MCS is designed for flat panels up to 125 lbs (56.7 kg).

Q: Is the MCS available as a universal and custom solution?
A: Yes. Simply order the MCSU, or the MCSV and get a VESA universal solution that is compatible with 100 x 100 mm, 200 x 100 mm, 200 x 200 mm, 300 x 100 mm, 300 x 200 mm, or 400 x 200 mm patterns. See the "ordering information" tab to order a custom solution.
